Considering POTS Evaluation: Abnormal Heart Rhythm and Tightness in Chest

I don't have an official POTS diagnosis but I have all the symptoms. I also have an array of vitamin deficiencies and I am exposed to toxic mold on a daily basis and have been for years. I feel a sensation in my chest that is so strange and hard to describe. Almost like pressure and fullness in my chest but like squeezing too. It's so uncomfortable and I feel it the most behind the base of my sternum. This sensation gets worse when I have an episode of SVT. I had critically low potassium at one point and this sensation was worse then too. I know there is a relation to everything somehow, I just haven't figured it out yet.

I have had episodes of svt that felt like I had a lump in my throat, something compressing my chest and brain fog/migraine

Idk what you mean by filled with cotton but I’m considering I may have it too but I have so many weird symptoms that don’t all line up. I honestly have no idea
