I had to go completely gluten-free. I kept ending up with colitis. My GI helped me identify that it was gluten, I have celiac in my family, but I don't carry the gene. Just the intolerance. When I'm having a GI flare, I immediately journal all of my foods and symptoms. Doing this helped me identify foods that make me feel bad. I hope you get it figured out soon!

The low fodmap diet has helped me with stomach cramping and nausea(be careful with nutrition). Ginger tea and ginger candies help with nausea. Making sure to eat smaller meals more often, think snacks, and choose higher calorie foods to make the most. Fiber supplements have helped with bowel regularity. Let me know if you need more tips.

I can't relate to EDS or thickened liquids by mouth but I can relate to POTS and digestive problems
