Wow I’m wondering if I have this. I thought for me it was associated with arthritis. I feel this when I’m tired in mornings and usually after I’ve been working for about 6 hours. I honestly have only been to my internist once since start of Covid. I suffer from cluster headaches almost daily. I’m way overdue for bloodwork.
@Drewsdad08 what are your symptoms? I’m not sure I have pots, starting to wonder if it’s hypoglycemia but trying not to self diagnose before I get to a doctor.

No POTS diagnosis but unexplained passing out or almost passing out, especially when standing up but sometimes just randomly. Low blood pressure. I’m not even that tall. Cardiologist said my heart was healthy and the other specialist said it wasn’t seizures.
@IndigoBro starting to wonder if it’s blood sugar
@Moongirl smart. Yeah probably lol.
I also get dizzy/lightheaded but idk if that’s due to an inner ear issue or not
2 cardiologists and 2 neurologists over a 5 year period refused to diagnose or even test me for POTS, I ended up going to an internal medicine doctor, did a poor man's tilt table test, I met the diagnostic criteria and my NP was comfortable with making that diagnosis and doing research to help me, sad my insurance doesn't cover her anymore
@Crowlux oh wow. Could you tell me your symptoms? I’ve always had heart palpitations and dealt with a racing heart/difficulty breathing. Getting to the point in my life where I want to look into it and get it taken care of because I have some scary moments sometimes. Also what’s an internal medicine doctor, is that like a naturopathic doctor?
@Moongirl Internal medicine is a medical specialty like cardiology for example, except internalists deal with a wide range of medical conditions ranging from chronic conditions to every day colds, they also have a little bit more diagnosis and referral pull than general practictioners or primary care. My symptoms were fainting, light headedness, mental fog/brain fog, blood pooling in the feet, high resting heart rate in the 80s, that would rapidly rise upon standing, comorbid neurological issues ( I had tingling and numbness in my hands and feet), being cold all the time or not being able to regulate my temp, heat intolerance, fatigue... there's a lot sorry 😬
