How to get a proper POTS diagnosis?

How do you get tested for this? Had a tilt table test but that doctor can’t give a true diagnosis but they felt it could be pots brought on by my nerve damage from a b12 deficiency that was left untreated for a while I saw a cardiologist they said they can’t really diagnose pots there but did give a heart monitor for 7 days Where do I go from there?.. A lot of my issues are from that b12 issue but pots could still be a big one if it’s from the nerve damage or even from when I had Covid I hear there’s pots induced by it

I got a POTS diagnosis on sight without a tilt table test just because the doctor felt like I was such a textbook case that they didn’t need more tests.

a neurologist would be the one to diagnose pots, generally, but the tilt table test is the gold standard in pots testing... if they said they couldn't make a formal dx, is it because the results were inconclusive? what sort of doctor said that they couldn't make the dx, was it your pcp or someone else? and yes, pots and other symptoms/comorbidities of me/cfs are common after covid, so i wouldn't be surprised if that's the culprit
