Heya, names Philo (He/Him) I was diagnosed with POTs sometime last year, but that was as far as things went. I feel likes it’s getting worse, but I’m not sure. I have no doctor and I’m not sure what causes my spells (flare ups), so I’m not really sure what to do. It’s getting harder and harder to get through each day, any advice? (And I can’t get a doctor, since I’d have no way to get anywhere)

I'm undiagnosed but I would recommend high salt, maybe an electrolyte drink. When your in a flare up or feel symptomatic try laying on the ground with your feet up, bonus points if you put a weighted blanket on your legs aswell. There are a few youtubers that talk about their tips including Izzy Kornblau, Georgie Windsor, and Jessica Kellgen-Fozard

@queer.101 salt doesn’t work for me, or at least I don’t feel a difference. And I’ll be sure to check them out, thank you!✨✨✨✨✨

@Philo_The_Great you may be hypoglycemic pots. Salt doesn’t do nothing for me. Frequent small amounts of food does.
