Struggling with Wearing Compression Socks in Public

I was recently diagnosed with POTS and struggle a lot with dizziness and fatigue. My doctor highly recommended that I wear compression socks especially because I work as a nanny so lots of up and down. I’ve started wearing them at home, but not for work or anything in public. Idk why I’m so embarrassed. Anyone else struggle with feeling like this or have tips to make me feel more confident in myself?

I got really fun patterned ones on Amazon. I also don’t care what other ppl think. (Mostly) I’ve been so sick for so long I just don’t have it in me to care anymore.
