Just got out of a manic episode and I am EXHAUSTED. I have been running for a while with very little sleep + way overworking myself. I broke out of it last night and I am now struggling with no motivation. Any advice?

      don’t be so hard on yourself for not snapping back to normal. it takes time to recover from a manic or depressive episode. just because you aren’t physically ill doesn’t mean you aren’t sick. it’s like after you have the flu you’re not going to feel 100% better as soon as you aren’t necessarily sick anymore. take time to recover the same way you would from a physical illness
