Dealing with Post-Eating Nausea and Vomiting

Hey, question time! So, my body has been doing this where when I eat, 10 minutes later I feel like I'm going to vomit but I get in a coughing spell then puke so how do I deal with this? I feel like I have over eaten when I only had a snack or two or three bites of something

Everything I've been taught to deal with this has only made it worse. Your body is trying to get rid of mucus . Bile build up. I went through this for over 10 yrs. Yes throwing up. The truth was is opposite of what I was taught to believe. I needed more acidity to my diet. More sea salt. It breaks it up. I was vegetarian. I started eating steak and potatoes and it got better. Eric Berg DC I got hooked on his videos when I started getting better from what I ate. Everything I learned was screwed up. I got better by re educating myself . The Healthcare system in the u.s. is broken. People are sicker then ever. I had to be open to the fact I didn't know anything. Changedvmy diet to eating sea salt, butter, protein and fat and more acidic foods.. I no longer feel sick all the time.No more vomiting.

I have the same thing. Over time, I've kinda learned what foods somewhat settle on my stomach. Potatoes are amazing for me. Cooked veggies, pasta, beans and some stuff like that have been pretty good to me. Just make sure you're drinking water and maybe even try some sugar free Gatorade or powerade, they have electrolytes, which will help you feel better from not keeping food down

Oh and, the coughing reminds me of my sister's reflux. Doctors finally figured out her cough was reflux related.

If you feel like you over eat when you don't, could gas be causing problems. Too much gas has made me vomit of I couldn't belch.

It could be something to talk to a dr about but some things I eat that help nauseousness for me are watermelon, plain white rice (sometimes with seasonings), or other watery fruits or veggies with little flavor or acidity like iceberg lettuce. I try to avoid animal products because they seem to make it worse and nothing acidic or strong flavors.

Vitamins might be something to look into aswell. Usually I get sick if I don't eat enough but I feel to sick to eat.
