Possible Type 1 Diabetes Diagnosis - Seeking Advice

Hi I haven't been diagnosed yet, but I feel like I may have t1. If I don't eat around a certain time at work I feel like I'm going to pass out. I'm always thirsty. any suggestions

See a doctor. I wasn’t diagnosed until four months after I developed T1D. I ended up in DKA and in the ER with a blood sugar of 700. Get your glucose checked by a doctor, and they can check your A1C. They’ll know what to do. If you’d like to explain more symptoms to me and I can help you figure stuff out if you’d like to DM me, but I think it’s best to see a doctor ASAP
