Possible PCOS Diagnosis, Need Advice

I think I might have pcos, I haven't been officially diagnosed but i have alot of symptoms and I'm worried, I have alot of thick annoying hairs underneath my chin and on my upper lip, I have acne, and had an irregular cycle before I got in the implant. how did you know if you had it? the thought of having reproductive problems really scares me :(

Weight gain and tiredness can be a sign of PCOS too 💕 the only way to get a definite diagnosis is through an ultrasound

Yes, that sounds like PCOS! I don’t as dealing with it for years before I was diagnosed! It’s so unfair!!!!
