Help with a Possible New Condition

Hello everyone, I need some help figuring something out that I think might be a symptom of a possible new condition but I’m not entirely sure. What I need help wit is every day from around 3:30 to 4:30 pm I get this very weird flushed feeling that goes from my sternum upwards toward the top of my head. I have been feeling this feeling since April of 2021 and I have no idea what is going on. I check my temperature daily when it starts to happen and I always end up not having a fever, I can tell when it starts because I get the feeling of warmth behind my eyes which is usually indications of a fever, even though I don’t have a fever when it happens. The only few things that help knock it back but not get rid of it completely are a really hot shower, liquid Benadryl and CBD oil, I am aware that this could be a histamine response but I honestly don’t know and I just want to find relief or even a possible diagnosis as to what could be causing this flushed feeling to happen on a daily basis. Thank you for your help in advance I greatly appreciate it

Is it just a hot flushes feeling or do you feel light headed too? I second the asking your Dr. call them ASAP so they can start panels to check for autoimmune issues.

Low grade fevers are a symptom of lupus. I generally feel feverish but have no fever and just found out that it's because of SLE. You might want to get checked for autoimmune stuff in general
