Hi I have been diagnosed with Ms in 09

I have your same symptoms. Being treated for sjorgens disease and sle. And trying to "rule out" MS so far, unsuccessfully. I've only been actively in treatment for 1.5yrs my Dr said my next steps are to see a neurologist for brain scans, testing etc. I feel like my neurological & cognitive issues have gotten so much worse lately & wondering if it's because I'm not being treated for the correct illness

I would say get brain scans done. That helped me get diagnosed with rrms quickly. The symptoms are all very diverse, but it sounds like you might have MS based on the symptoms you shared. I'm sorry this is not very helpful, but I hope that helps!
