Possible H Pylori Infection - Seeking Natural Remedies

I believe I just might hav h pylori. Ben sick for a year now and sometimes it comes and goes. But this time it’s lasting longer. I would have burning pain in my stomach after eating. And if I don’t eat I feel very nauseous almost to the point of throwing up but I never do. Stomach pains and bloating. The only thing I can eat and it doesn’t bother me is Progresso chicken noodle soup. I have started a natural alternative supplement regimen.. also if I drank something caffeinated it would burn my stomach. sometimes I get dizzy weakness in my legs just feel like crap. most of the day I’m dealing with nausea. all day long my stomach would growl even when I’m full. I haven’t been to a doctor in a year the last time I went they told me I may have a ulcer. And gave my protonix to stop stomach acid. I believe now I have low stomach acid because it feels like the food is just sitting in my stomach and not going anywhere I used to always have heartburn before I took this medicine and now I haven’t had heartburn in over a year. if anyone has any success with natural supplements could you please let me know how you did it. I can’t afford to go to the doctor at this moment. I ordered a bunch of supplements this week like. Manuka honey UMF 15. Gut shield, Dgl root, marshmallow root. And mastic gum powder and mastic gum resin from Greece.
