I think I might have BPD after a bit of research and quite a few friends suggesting that I look into it. I’m not sure how to unpack this though…

      @dumbgaysian definitely try to see someone about it, I didn’t even know I had it when I got diagnosed. Also when you’re in a really bad state get a bowl of cold water with ice cubes and put your face in it, it sort of shocks you and makes you feel better

      I think my main things is that I have a hard time with being so emotional and often using a lot of black and white thinking while in that emotional state. Anyone got suggestions on coping skills?

          @Eren2273 I listed what I know and can identify but my friends have been helping me figure out more everyday. I have all of the listed symptoms that most medical pages on google lists, like being impulsive, having an emptiness inside me, being really emotionally heightened at certain points, being afraid of abandonment and going to extremes to keep those relationships or cutting people off so I don’t have to experience the loss, and things like that. And you can ask me more in DMs if it helps for you to know what my symptoms entails!
