Possible ADHD Symptom?

So I was looking up other people who hate getting their hands/feet wet or biting clothing, and they say it may be a symptom of adhd, but i have not been diagnosed with that specific disorder. Is it possible it's overlapping with Adhd?

I've heard that a lot of people with ADHD have Sensory Processing Disorder but I'm not a doctor so I don't know for sure.

Yes! Sensory issues often appear alongside disorders like ADHD and autism, though having a sensory processing disorder can just be a thing on its own. If you see other signs of ADHD in yourself, i would recommend getting checked out.

I actually had adhd first and then years later realized and was diagnosed with SPD, I'm pretty sure they're often connected!
