hi, new to this so don't know what I'm doing really. I'm here because my rosacea has come back in full force after remission for years & I feel alot of it is stress & anxiety related. I've recently just started on effexor & just gone up to the 75mg. I guess I'm just wondering if anyone has had a positive experience with antidepressants helping their anxiety which in turn has helped their rosacea??? and I'm also wondering if weight gain is something that's common on effexor because I'm worried about that too. Thank you to anyone who may be able to help me xo

Some users have reported positive experiences with Effexor helping their stress and anxiety. One user mentioned that they were on 225mg of Effexor and it had been life-changing for their stress, along with therapy. Another user mentioned that they hadn't experienced any problems with weight gain while taking Effexor and that it had helped them quite a bit. However, everyone's experience with medication can be different.
