988 really has their stuff together I’ve chatted with a crap ton of ppl over the years The woman I have been texting has been legit amazing. I feel so much better coming up with a solid safety plan. That despite making so many of them with clients, I didn’t consider some of the things we decided. She sent me articles on some things we talked about. She was incredibly helpful. And if I need something I would def do back there. Kudos 988. HIGHLY recommend!! Doesn't have to be about suicide just to chat about anything you normally couldn't.
