Just wanted to share that I had a positive experience at my doctor’s office today after having a not-so-great experience at a different doc a couple of weeks ago. I feel like with endometriosis, you never know what you’re going to get because of how complex the disease is. Will my symptoms be considered seriously? Will I be listened to? Will I feel respected and cared for even though nothing shows up on my scans? The answer was yes today to all those questions. And I have a referral to see an excision surgeon at Stanford! Fingers crossed that this doctor might be a good match for me! 🙏🏻
