Just wanted to share some positive developments here. After taking Diclofenac twice daily, going to bed early, avoiding gluten, pacing and managing my energy, and leaving a stressful work environment, I've seen a huge improvement in my daily quality of life. I still have crashes now and then, but they're more infrequent and don't last as long. I've even started being able to work out again (only for 10 min/day, but it's a start!) Even though I still struggle, and still get frustrated sometimes by my limitations, I feel more empowered than I have since my illness started.
