Making Positive Changes for My Mental Health

I'm a little unsure of how this works, but I'm excited to try a new thing. Hi! Right now I'm on an upswing after a painful breakup with a partner I genuinely thought I'd marry some day. I am 46 days alcohol-free. I'm exercising regularly and eating healthy now (lost 12 pounds and counting!) My mental health is still a struggle but I'm making small positive changes every day.

So many vitamins and minerals contribute to mental health. The Dr. Pulled me off Wellbutrin six months ago because he thought it was making my anxiety worse. Since then I have been trying to make sure I am getting all my nutrients in with an app called Cronometer. It has made a huge difference with my mental health. Make sure your brain is getting enough glucose. When my body is running on too many ketones and not enough glucose then depression will set in for me. This might not happen for everyone though.
