Introduction of a Polyfragmented System with Disabilities

Hello Alike, just wanted to do a basis introduction here! We're a polyfragmented system of over 100+ alters and are working towards a goal of healthy multiplicity. We also use a cane in our day to day live and have been thinking of occasionally using forearm crutches too. We're always open to talk about any of our conditions, symptoms and how we deal with them! We are autistic and have social anxiety as well, so be warned it may take us awhile to respond and we may need breaks from conversation.
