Im on like 10+ daily meds not counting supplements. I went to college for pharmacy to try and get a grip on what was wrong with me and guided my docs to a solution. Its definitely a lot to manage, and side effects can suck, but if the alternative is death or total misery, whatcha gunna do. Its good to do your own research and look out for potential interactions. Talk to your pharmacist and set up medication management meeting. They can go over everything with you that a doc might leave out. Good luck

Oh I have about 12 medications in total, there was a time when I was in great fear of taking multiple medications as I worried that it would compromise my organs or it would cause me to be forgetful when taking them. But what I started with was using medication timers on the top of the pill bottles. Or getting yourself into the pattern of putting medications in like ampm kind of order. I also have medications that I do on a regular basis that are not daily so those I have little reminders in my phone to let me know that it's time to do that. I also because I work and do other things I set a reminder for myself in the morning and in the evening to make sure that I've taken those meds so I don't forget. But as always talk with your doctor if you're concerned about you know the effects of those medications on you.
