Dealing with Plantar Fasciitis Pain in Both Feet

I've had plantar fasciitis for a while now in both feet. My left foot is the worse. I can be on it for less than a half hour and I get shooting pains in it. Could it have ruptured? How would I know if it has or not?

I went to physical therapy twice for my plantar fasciitis in my right food. They gave me some great stretches to do every day for it. That's all you can really do for it and maybe taping it with cloth tape helps. I'm so sorry you have it in both feet. Great tennis shoes really helped me a lot. I like Sketchers shoes.

I have the same issue, following in hope someone has experience in this! It’s hard to sleep because my foot keeps shooting pain up my leg as I type. :/
