Has anyone tried a plant based diet for POTS? I'd love to hear about people's experience with it.

I've been plant based for a while and I don't believe I noticed any changes when I switched!

I have been a pescatarian, and it honestly improved how I felt in various areas. I can see how plant based would do something like that. Plant based meat is better in my opinion

I'm gluten and dairy free as I can't eat them but not pots, I am mainly vegetarian as my feed is soya based, having enough fluid and calories really helped pots but apart from that not really.

I was plant based for 10 months and didn't get enough protein which worsened my syncopy episodes but I'm pretty sure if you try really hard you can get enough protein it was just too hard for me and my favorite protein options are definitely not plant based.

Thank you. If you don't mind my asking. What symptoms did it improve?
