Physical Symptoms of Autism: What Are Yours?

No one ever seems to talk about the symptoms of Autism or the ones comorbid with it that presents physically and it seems like I learn new physical symptoms every day. What are your guy's physical symptoms and which are hardest for you to get around? I have motor skill control issues, severe problems with introspection (not sure it counts but it feels it should) and mild Hypermobility. they all kind of suck but I think introspection issues are the worst.

      Hi there! I have issues with proprioception as well as interoception. Hypermobility and I have delayed emotional processing, as well as emotions that sit inside my digestion? as pain. When I feel human pain/loss of others I feel it in my entirety. + I am working on rituals that help me identify those feels without them coming out at loved ones or strangers.

        @gummybearit I forgot about proprioception! I also have that but it's not as severe as my introspection issues are

        @gummybearit Our digestive systems are extremely sensitive to emotional stress. The gut-brain connection is absolutely real! If I'm exposed to long periods of high stress I will get so physically ill that I'll have vomiting, diarrhea, intestinal cramping, etc. and it can last anywhere from hours to weeks until the stress is resolved.
