Physical Symptoms of Anxiety: Headaches and More

I get “head stabbies” like 3 times a day at least. It feels like someone is driving a nail into my skull and then… it just goes away smh

I take anxiety meds most of the time but if I don’t take them and combine that with vaping then it triggers my cluster headaches. It feels like someone is driving a piece of steel rebar through my skull with a jackhammer. It sucks and I have had to leave school multiple times because of it.
