Dealing with Physical Pain and Mental Health Issues

I have been having alot of issues in the past 4-5 days. It started with the upper/middle of my back hurting, like burning sharp stabbing pain. Then a couple hours after that first hit, my left side started hurting. Three hours later I was starting to have a migraine and this has been pretty much come and go. I am not sure what the cause is but I have had a pretty good amount of stress, depression, and anxiety. Some severe depression.
