      Agreed it’s worth a try since we are the only true judges of the pain we feel, what works for one May not for another.

      I've seen one for chronic pain and mental health, and it was slightly useful for suggestions of what I can do when I'm in a lot of pain or unable to go out and do things I need to do etc, it's worth a try and if it isn't helpful for you you can actually ask them for other ideas and suggestions of support with chronic pain!
