      @birdiebug OK, I just can't stand the lights in the house too bright and right now I have the smart bulbs at 50% and on soft white.

      Hi what helps for me is start small with lights. Try to limt what kind of light environment. Work ur way up to be okay with lights. Dark rooms are the best. Best of luck to u.

      I don't know what type of epilepsy I have, but is photo sensitive when your sensitive to light, I can't have the lights very high or it bothers me.

        @hydroepilepic21 You're correct. Photosensitivity is sensitivity to light. In my case, I am more affected by flashing lights and sunlight
