Struggling with personal hygiene due to depression and flare

I just took a shower for the first time in 2 weeks. with how bad the weather has been lately and having a flare I haven't been able to. I also brushed my teeth which I haven't been doing because of my depression. I really need to stick to it for as long as possible these next couple weeks cause I'm getting my wisdom teeth taken out Wednesday.

Absolutely same friend. I don’t wash my hair as often as other people and I absolutely refuse to be ashamed of it anymore. Good luck with your wisdom teeth removal and I wish you fast healing 💕

✋high five! 🤗big hugs! So super proud of you! I struggle with depression and chronic pain, so I don’t feel like doing anything either. But I make myself get up each morning, make tea or coffee, depending on how I feel. Then I go into a small room/office, and do yoga and meditation. I find the videos on YouTube and save the best ones on a list, so all I have to do in the morning now, is go in the room and start the playlist. I just hit play all, and listen to all of them or watch all of them. Even on days when I’m tired and sore, I at least do the gentle seated yoga, and listen to some positive calming meditations and it helps me a lot! Hope this helps! 💕 💕 🙏 🙏
