Persistent swelling on the front right side of my neck

so has anyone ever had persistent swelling sorta like a lump on the front right side of there neck I have had numerous tests ultrasound,cat acan,scan, work, x-ray and even an ent who said other then.my tonsils being a little larger then normal that.my.throat looks good. I will say that CT scan showed a larger then Noah cerebellum which may have to do with a condition called a chiari malformation,everything seems to.be coming out normal but the swelling seems to be staying but may fluctuate up.and down at times it's been like 3-4 months of this and it's making me crazy cause it.just.seems like people feel it's all in my head but it's not.please if anyone has had an experience like this any words of wisdom
