Persistent Sore Throat on Left Side

I have had a sore throat for almost 2 weeks it mostly only hurts on my left side.

I have made a doctor's appointment but they will only do a vertical vist on the phone cause of coivd but I am 100 percent sure it's not covid it stupid how are they going to test me if I am not there

But I do recommend to definitely see a doctor; however, in the meantime why don’t you try to alleviate your pain with hot water and fresh lemon juice with honey or something like chicken soup. These things will make your cold or whatever virus or bacterial infection that is causing your sore throat to hurt will actually help make your sore throat feel better

I would go see a doctor if I were you to just make sure it’s not serious or anything like strep throat
