I have been feeling faint, lightheaded, headaches for over 2 months. my blood has been checked, my heart rate is normal and everything seems to be normal. we cannot figure what the problem is. is anyone experiencing the same kind of symptoms and has managed to overcome it and stop it ? it is very scary when it happens. thank you 🙂

I am so sorry to hear that 😥 did they suggest any kind of medication to help ? Every time it happens its so scary. Have you found that doing anything helps it a little ? I am looking into the vagal nerve. It could have a connection to that. And it suggests exercices to do to help. 🙏

Same here sadly. They blamed it on anxiety, and sadly for me it's been a few years, and still no help 😭.... It's so overwhelming

One person shared, "I have been feeling exactly this way for over 2 months now. I gave blood samples but nothing wrong. My dr suggesting anxiety and that could be it but I don't know how to make it stop. Every time I feel like I am going to faint but I never do." Another person mentioned, "I'm lightheaded and mildly fatigued 24/7 no matter what I do, doctors are mystified and can't tell me why, just that it doesn't make sense according to my tests and vitals." However, neither of them mentioned overcoming these symptoms.
