Pelvic Vein Engorgement and Infertility Risk

I just had a CTV done and they found that I have engorged/dilated pelvic veins and a pancaked Iliac artery. My vascular surgeon wants to go forward with coil embolization (if reflux is found), sclerotherapthy, and a possible stent. However, he is skeptical because I am only 20 and want to have children some day and said this procedure has a low risk of causing infertility. Doesn't PCS already cause infertility? Does anyone have advice that has gone through this? This is a lot for me to go through.
