@NiiTA combined with the fact that you have pmdd on your profile and endometriosis has a bit of a comorbidity I wouldn’t actually rule it out. There’s also a pretty significant comorbidity for IBS and endo too! Self diagnosis isn’t bad if it is giving you the tools or care that you need to feel better (especially if you’re a woman of color which is my assumption based on your emoji, you’re already less likely to get listened to) so don’t feel bad about doing it or suspecting. Does this only happen around your period or does it just get worse, because if it’s only around your period my guess is pelvic inflammation and bowel inflammation from your pmdd. I have severe pmdd and both things happen to me around my period!
