I did the Noom program for a few months and it helped me get on a better path. So much of my PCOS is tied to BAD PMS/anxiety and a possible eating disorder. Therapy has helped as well. I’m about to start an elimination diet to see if certain foods trigger symptoms. Tracking symptom for a while seemed to help as well

The only weight loss that I’ve found effective with pcos is cutting out gluten,added sugar and dairy. It’s really not that bad it’s just hard to get started on it.
