Struggling with PCOS and Weight Loss

Hi everyone, I'm young and just got diagnosed with PCOS after another doctor told me I didn't have it, but My OGYN knew I did cause she sees it all the time. Currently trying to lose weight with the keto diet. Do y'all experience having a hard time losing weight with PCOS? I really need to cause I have fatty liver disease and high cholesterol. I've lost 10 lbs so far!

Ozempic can be very helpful for weight loss/blood sugar management. It takes some getting used to, and is a weekly injection, but I've found it very helpful

Congratulations on 10 pounds, you worked hard for that ! I’ve gained roughly 20 lbs which is puzzling Bc I don’t eat. Typically eat one meal a day due to my job demand and lack of appetite. Anyways keep working at it you’re doing an great job.

stay strong girl. For those who can't tolerate metformin inositol works best plus it has no side effects like metformin.

I too have too m ypung, have PCOS, and fatty liver. I just had a hysterectomy due to cancer. But just prior I lost 20 pounds. Other than that it has been difficult! Many people have luck with metformin, but it isn't an option for me, sadly.
