I received the PCOS diagnosis after I had my first child. I gained 100 lbs in a year. They put me on metformin and yaz to treat symptoms. Has anyone else had success with these meds to treat their symptoms? Has anyone else been able to conceive after being diagnosed? I don't want my daughter to be an only child.

Sounds like you have insulin resistance. You need inositol, go on a gluten free diet and dairy free diet. Slow workouts like yoga and walking. I went to a holtic dr to see what foods I’m intolerant too. You got this Momma.
I cannot attest to conceiving, but metformin didn’t work for me. It made me extremely sick and I had to be taken off. I now am on Ozempic, and it doesn’t make me sick and also has worked for my symptoms!
