What Else Should I Look Into for PCOS Treatment?

So I just got diagnosed with PCOS like 5 months ago and all I have is birth control because I went without a period for 6 months is there anything else I should look into for like treatment or management

Look for comorbidities. I’ve slowly been collecting conditions because I thought all of my symptoms were explainable by one condition. If you have symptoms that don’t go away check into some other conditions that commonly go along with pcos. So far I’m in birth control for it and I feel a whole lot better

I’d highly advise looking at the pcos Reddit! There’s no treatment, but there’s a lot of things you can do to make it more manageable ❤️
