PCOS Symptoms: Ghost Periods?

Hi! I have IR PCOS and I’ve had symptoms for about 15 years now, but only got diagnosed last year. Does anyone have “ghost period” symptoms? I’ve been having cramps for about a week plus acne, back aches, etc but still no period

I have birth control and I’m on metformin. It’s not in the ovary area, it’s lower

That's not a ghost period. It a cyst that is about to rupture on your ovary. You may want to look into metformin and or birth control to ease those symptoms

I've noticed when I do intermittent fasting It tends to help! But every month is a struggle. A hit or miss unfortunately 😔

YES! I call it my fake period... Drowsy, cramps, emotional.. happens every around the same time every month...
