What are some of the supplements that have helped your PCOS the most? I am recently diagnosed and am just starting to get into supplements and alternative treatments. No long on hormonal BC either šŸ™…šŸæā€ā™€ļø I know it's a quick fix but I'm in a different phase of my journey. I've already lost weight and exercise plus changed my diet so trying to see where I can get naturally now.

I read that there’s different types of PCOS so it depends on which one you have. I might be wrong but you could try Ovasitol. I was going to start using it but I’m waiting till my iron levels are optimal levels and I’m also taking Provera to induce my period.

@Citla Is there an interaction with iron that makes you wait? I'm also low in iron. I actually have iron deficiency anemia. But I have Insulin resistance PCOS

@foreverblissful101 I don’t think so but I’ve had PCOS for two years ( maybe even longer) but I wasn’t diagnosed yet because I kept procrastinating on making an appointment. I have hyperandrogegism PCOS. I’ve only had two periods for two years and recently bled twice in March & caused me to have weird abdominal pain. That’s how I found out I was anemic. So I feel like I’d feel much better if I tackle my anemia first & if Provera doesn’t work for me then I’ll start on Ovasitol.
