Dealing with Unwanted Hair and Hyperpigmentation due to PCOS

Because of PCOS I do suffer with unwanted hair and hyperpigmentation. Just wanted to know if anyone have any tips to deal with these 2, because I feel like I tried everything.

I take Spironolactone for my excessive hair growth due to my naturally high Testosterone levels (and my added HRT) and it's helped so far !! Not to mention it also lessens acne, promotes breast growth and reduces anxiety!
