Severe Stabby Pain in Left Ovary Area with PCOS

does anybody with pcos get severe stabby pain in their left ovary area? or is it not a pcos issue? i dont have cysts but i do have the hormonal imbalances so i have no clue what it is )):

I get that standby pain on the left side that you’re talking about but it’s from my IBS. The intestines are there and it always gives me cramps. It is very hard for me to distinguish between the PCOS pain and the IBS because they’re legit right on top of us in our bodies. I don’t know if this helps you but it’s just my experience.

I do but I also have endometriosis on top of having PCOS… that could be something to potentially look into, as endometriosis typically can’t be seen on ultrasounds ❤️

omg i'll try to ask my doctor about that again, my sister has it so its most likely that i do too idl why my dr has over looked that possibility, then again it has slipped my mind in the past thank you!

I get stabby pain around my left ovary during my cycle usually. ... the odd part is that due to PCOS, I don't actually have a left ovary anymore.

It could just simply be part of cramps, but if the pain gets to high your OBYGN can do an ultrasound.

i already had an ultrasound theres nothing wrong with my uterus, the pain is all the time and no drs are listening to me ):
