Looking for PCOS medication advice

What medicine do y’all take that helps with your pcos? I’m on birth control so I have regular cycles but that doesn’t help with my desire to get pregnant

I take licorice 100mg/day as a supplement. It acts as an anti adrenergic and helps me reduce the level of male hormones

I'm visiting with an Herbalist. She has this machine (it's called and iTOVi scan) that tells me what my body is lacking. According to what it says, we sit down and decide which supplements/nutrients I need more of, then I meal plan like a maniac and eat according to what the scan said. It's helped me bring my body back into the balance that it needs to be in. When I stay on top of it, I have regular periods!

My doctor only keeps saying to use birth control to have regular periods. And says I’m on the younger side so I don’t need to worry about ovulation and getting pregnant. But my husband and I want to start a family

My doctor prescribed me Letrozole to induce ovulation, but before I started to take it he gave me the best recommendation- just to have sex once every 2 days since the 10th-22th day of my period, as I didn’t know when I was ovulating. Good luck 😉

I used to take Clomid but last time I saw my gyno he switched me to Letrozole.
