I am not a doctor and have no scientific proof, but I have conceived 5 times (2 living, 3 miscarriages). I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 19. Every time I conceived it was right after I stopped taking birth control. It seemed like the BC got me to have regular periods for just long enough to be able to conceive. Otherwise, I only have a period 2-3 times a year.
