Pain during sex and constipation are also symptoms of endometriosis

Definitely issues with fertility. I do not ovulate on my own at this time. I don't have constipation issues, nor pain in my belly during intercourse. I would address those with your GP/OBGYN.

You may want to ask your doctor about your symptoms since they don’t sound 100% consistent with PCOS alone :)
