Does anyone with PCOS grow unwanted facial hair? Like looks like you are growing a beard/mustache? If so what have you done to help? It is so embarrassing to me. I've had horrible people comment on it rudely in the past including an ex of mine. My current bf says he doesn't care but I'm so self conscious of it because of my ex.

I also struggle with this but it's minimal enough for me to just pluck as needed. I would recommend waxing or looking into laser hair removal

Waxing or plucking until you can see a dr - ask for a hormone panel and ask to be put on at least 100mg of spiralactone. It's an overabundance of testosterone from insulin resistance.
I bought an at home hard wax kit and just wax regularly now. I'm hoping the growth will slow down on its own and as I explore getting the PCOS under control but for now this at least helps

Epilation was the solution for me! It took a year!
