I agree with taking everything into consideration, especially the amount of stress you are under. I don't know about anyone else, but in my case, stress made it worse.

I have only seen a Gynecologist. Im curious to know at what age did yours start? Mine started at age 20, while pregnant. I'm 51 now.

I only ever went to a gynecologist and they did an ultrasound to see if you have many small cysts on your ovaries (poly cystic). Also tons of blood tests

Hi! I've seen a few. I highly recommend finding someone who takes EVERYTHING into consideration. I've seen several endocrinologists as well as an "internal medicine" Dr. They all told me the same things that were not helpful. I just started seeing a more holistic doctor and she's taking every aspect of my life into consideration, running tons of tests. It took about 4 different doctors before someone finally ran the right test and confirmed I had PCOS
