PCOS and Birth Control: Losing My Period Completely

Anyone else with PCOS lose their period completely when starting the reccoemneded birth control regulation medication? i havent had my period in seven years and I'm worried this one mistake left me completely infertile.

I’ve been on birth control for many years and haven’t gotten my period for a long time. I recently got testing for my egg count & I am above average for my age. My doc told me that right when you go off of birth control is when you’re most fertile (as someone with PCOS).
