Anyone here with pcos have a bariatric surgery? I’m in the process of getting one and need support I’m very excited for it and feel that after my surgery I can be more motivated to follow a good Mediterranean diet and so on. I exercise regularly as of now tho

I did! I just hit 120 pounds lost and a year post surgery!
